There are two ways your business could be set up for Online Banking. One way, is linked with your personal account so when you log in to view your personal account, your business account(s) will also be available for viewing. The second way your business could be set up is through TD Bank BusinessDirect. With this option, your business account would have a different user ID and password than the one you use for your personal account. The good news is that both personal Online Banking and TD Bank BusinessDirect offer the capabilities to use the mobile deposit feature.
If you log in to your personal account and you do not have the option to make a mobile deposit into your business that may mean that your business account isn't linked for viewing on that platform. If you'd like to have them linked please give our Digital Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for options on how to set this up. When the accounts are linked and you go to make a mobile deposit on the app, you will have the option to make a mobile deposit into either your personal or business account.
If your business isn't set up for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you'd like to enroll for this feature, please click here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. You will need your business name, ATM/debit card number, Taxpayer ID number and account number to enroll. If you do not have an ATM/debit card, you're welcome to visit any TD location for assistance with enrolling. For Store locations please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once you're enrolled for BusinessDirect and download the app, you will then be able to use the mobile deposit feature for that account.
