I recently opened a TD Bank credit card. Now I am trying to download TD Bank Visa credit card transactions into Quicken. When I connect with TD Bank through Quicken it returns an error message saying that TD BankNorth - Credit Cards is telling Quicken that my login information is incorrect. I am using the same login username and password as I am using to get access to the TD Bank website for credit cards.
I had no such problems linking my TD Premier Checking account with Quicken when I opened that account some months ago.

Cameron, I have a similar problem, except that Quicken 2016 had been reliably downloading transactions until a few days ago. It suddenly stopped working and then said the login information was incorrect, despite me being able to successfully log in on the web site. I've used Quicken for decades and have triple-checked the settings.
Per your recommendation, I called the above number. They told me that you do not support Quicken and confirmed that you do not provide a way to download transactions from your web site. This is quite surprising in this day, as even bottom-of-the-barrel Synchrony bank provides for automated and manual transaction download.
The agent didn't seem to understand the technology -- she kept repeating that I had to use a QFX file format that was "downloaded FROM my computer." After several attempts to explain that the flow has to be from TD to my computer, she disappeared and came back saying you don't support Quicken.
Is this a new policy? Please advise.

The suggestion you provided worked for a few days. Today, it stopped working and failed in the same manner as before: During the Quicken account sync, the TD account update failed with the message "Your financial institution has added a new security feature that requires your attention before your account can be updated." The option to "Try Again" fails with the same message.
I can still log in to your web site without incident, except that it always prompts me for the many security questions. Perhaps the same thing is occurring during the Quicken update and Quicken can't deal with it.

First, we recommend updating your Quicken to ensure you have the most up to date version. If you continue to experience difficulties, you may remove TD Bank as a Financial Institution and then add it back to your Quicken.
