Please keep in mind that depending on the currency you are receiving, some transactions may take longer than others. And please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
With that said, we recommend contacting our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 as one of our Banking Specialists can check on the status of the wire after they verify your account.
