Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Sheila. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
You can always access your statement history by signing on to Online Banking. If you have not enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/debit card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment. The system will lead you step-by-step through the process. If you have any questions about the enrollment process, please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
Once you are able to log in, you would then select your checking account from the main page, and you will be directed to your most recent transactions. By selecting "All Available History" from the drop down menu located under "Account History," you will be able to view your past two statements' worth of transactions including checks. For a more specific search, you can select the link that says "Power Search." You will then be able to search by check number, amount and more. For transactions on the account earlier than the most recent 60 days, feel free to refer to the Statements tab also found there. You can review your prior statement history to locate the debit.
If your payment was made via Bill Pay, you can select the "Bill Pay" tab and then select "Bill History." If you are having trouble locating your payment via Bill Pay, feel free to contact us 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562 option 3 for assistance from our Tech Support Specialists.
Through Online Banking you may also send a secure message for the information if you are unable to locate it. To send a secure message, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then "Send a Message." On the new page, there will be a message field and a drop down menu where you can choose a subject. Please select "General Customer Service" from the drop down box. Please fill in the necessary fields with details of your request.
If you prefer speaking to someone directly, you may contact us 24/7 by dialing the number mentioned and speaking to our Customer Service Representatives or you may visit your nearest TD Store. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Sheila and have a good night.
