Hi Meredith, welcome to the TD Helps community.
It sounds as though there are some transactions on your account that you're questioning. We would love to be able to assist you with this directly however as TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to your personal account information. We ask that you give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak to a Banking Specialist who will be able to go over these transactions in greater detail.
If you're enrolled for Online Banking, you may also send us a secure message, requesting details on these transactions and we'll respond back within 24-48 hours. Once you're logged into your account, on the left hand side of the page, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.”
If you're not enrolled in Online Banking and would like to be set up, you can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind you will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to complete the enrollment process. If you do not have a debit or ATM card or need any assistance enrolling please call us at the number listed above for assistance.
