I am trying to get a transaction history from 3/20/2015 to today and I an getting an error. Why can I not pull the transaction history?

We're sorry to hear you can't view your account activity right now!
In general, you'll be able to see transaction history for the most recent 60 days of your account online without referring to your statements. Please keep in mind that if no activity has occurred within that time frame, results may not be displayed.
