Based on the question you submitted, it sounds like you're currently using our Mobile App. If you are, you'll not be able to add new Security Questions via Mobile App. But no worries! Please access your online banking by using your PC or laptop and log onto your TD Bank Online Banking from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, you can add your Security Questions and Answers right after logging on to your account. If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and follow the same steps to add your Security Questions and Answers.
A few tips to consider that may help you with remembering your security questions include:
-Only selecting security questions that are meaningful to you. For instance, if your pets are more important to you than your first car, select the pet question.
-Avoiding abbreviations in your answer, like " LBI." instead of " Long Beach Island ".
-Answers to your security questions are not case-sensitive. So you only have to remember the answer - not whether or not you capped any of the words in your answer.
