Good morning, Carolyn, and thanks for bringing your concerns to TD Helps.
We'll be more than happy to make a couple recommendations for you.
One of the most common errors when transferring funds is transfers not being accepted when you type with non-numeric keys to make your transfer. For example, if you are trying to transfer $1000.00, please be sure to only type 1000.00 not 1,000.00. In other words, please do not include any commas or dollar signs when entering in the amount you would like to transfer.
If you continue to have trouble, we ask that you contact us directly for help. Our Tech Support Specialists are available 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562. After account verification, our Specialists will be glad to help troubleshoot the issue you're having.
We hope to hear from you soon, Carolyn. Enjoy your weekend!
