Welcome to TD Helps, Judith and the TD family! We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble enrolling for Online Banking and we'd be happy to help.
In order to enroll for Online Banking, you will need to have your account number, ATM/VISA Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment process online. If you have all of these pieces of information, you can click on the following link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. It directs you to the self-enrollment page. Once there, the website will ask you to select your account type, Personal or Business. When you proceed to the next page, you will then be prompted to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. The next step is entering the personal information that we mentioned before as well as create a username and password. Afterwards, you will then be asked to create three security questions.
If you do not have the required information to set up Online Banking or if you have attempted the instructions provided above and you are still having difficulties, you may call us directly 24/7 at 800-493-7562. After account verification, our Representatives will assist with the enrollment process. If you prefer to speak with someone in person, you can visit a TD Store during lobby hours. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Judith and have a great weekend!
