We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble, Alison. We'd be glad to help.
One of the most common problems when transferring funds, is transfers not being accepted when you type with non-numeric keys to make your transfer. For example, if you are trying to transfer $1000.00, please be sure to only type 1000.00 not 1,000.00. In other words, please do not include any commas when entering in the amount you would like to transfer.
If you are still unable to proceed, we recommend you contact our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and they will be happy to assist you.
You may also stop at any TD Bank location also, if you are still experiencing issues. Please check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for TD locations and hours.
We hope this helps, Alison and have a good day.
