I received a charge of $39.99 from EA *POGO today that I didn't authorize and it is now pending. Is there any way to get this refunded? I called the company but probably won't hear from the billing department till Monday. I am sure that the payment will be posted then and then it will be too late to do anything about it, right?

Good afternoon, Joan, and thanks for connecting with us today.
We're sorry to hear that a transaction has posted to your account that you did not authorize, and we'd like to take a moment to give you peace of mind by letting you know that, in the unfortunate event that fraud does occur, we're here to help and safeguard your funds.
If the transaction is still reflecting a 'Pending' in your account, we may be able to have the transaction removed from your available balance. Please know that TD Bank's ability to do so may depend on a few factors, and to determine if we are able to assist you with removing this transaction, we recommend that you contact us directly.
You're able to contact a Banking Specialist, 24/7, at 1-888-751-9000. After verification, a Specialist will be happy to review your account with you, and determine if this transaction is able to be removed. You're also able to speak with a Customer Service Representative at your local TD Store location, and we invite you to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest Store.
In the event that the transaction is able to be removed, and should it post later to your account, or if the transaction has already posted to your account, you would have the option of filing a dispute directly with TD Bank. In order to file a dispute, you may either call the number above, or visit your nearest TD Store location.
If you have any questions at all, or if you're unsure of the current status of this transaction, not only can you contact us using the two methods mentioned above, but you're also welcome to send us a Secure Message via your Online Banking. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We hope this information gives you peace of mind, Joan. We look forward to speaking with you soon, and we hope you have a great weekend.
