To ensure that your payment is scheduled properly, please include the following address:
PO Box 8400
Lewiston, ME 04243-8400
Please note that when scheduling your payment, the account number that you'll need to include must be 14 digits in length. If your account number is not 14 digits long, please add leading zeroes to your account number. If you have any trouble scheduling your payment, please contact our Tech Support Specialists at 800-493-7562 for assistance.
We'd also like to mention that there are other ways of scheduling payments for your Home Equity Loan. For more information please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1ph13Vu.
In addition, if you also have a TD deposit account, such as Checking, Money Market or Statement Savings account, you may simply make a payment by transferring funds from your deposit account to your Home Equity Loan account online. If you're unable to view your loan account alongside with your TD deposit account(s) currently, please feel free to contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for immediate assistance.
Once you're able to view your loans and deposit accounts together online, you may follow the steps below to set up recurring transfers to as your automatic loan payments:
1. Click on the “Transfer” tab at the top of your screen.
2. Fill in the blank fields and be sure to select the proper “TO” & “FROM” accounts.
3. Click on “Schedule Future Transfer.”
4. Select the date for which you wish the first transfer to be initiated.
5. Select the Frequency and choose how often.
6. Click on "Schedule Transfer"
7. Finally, click on “Complete Transfer.”
