In reply to Maureen, Elkins Park,
Good Morning, Maureen. We're sorry for any inconvenience you've encountered while trying to enroll in online banking.
If you are not currently enrolled in online banking, you may use our self-service option by visiting: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once you're at the page, please select 'Personal' from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Lastly, you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to enroll in online banking, you may give us a call directly at 888-751-9000. Our Representatives are available to assist 24/7, and will be happy to help you upon account verification. You may also visit us at your local TD Bank Store. To view our Store locations and hours, please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Maureen. Have a nice day.
