Thanks for sending your question to us on TD Helps, Carolyn. We'll be more than happy to help you with your transfer inquiry.
One of the most common problems when transferring funds, is transfers not being accepted when you type with non-numeric keys to make your transfer. For example, If you are trying to transfer $1000.00, please be sure to only type 1000.00 not 1,000.00. In other words, please do not include any commas when entering in the amount you would like to transfer. If you are still unable to proceed, we recommend you contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and they will be happy to assist you.
You may also stop at any TD Bank location also, if you are still experiencing issues. Please check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for TD hours and locations.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a great weekend!
