Welcome to TD Helps, Janet. We'd be glad to help.
Please know that you are able to initiate transfers between your TD Bank and TD Canada Trust accounts over the phone 24/7 by dialing 877-700-2913. Our Cross Border Banking Specialists would be glad to help.
For any transfers that are not being sent between your accounts, we apologize as you'd need to visit a TD Store. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send an international wire all you need is:
· The full name, address, including city, state/province, country and account number of the person/business (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number) you are sending money to
· The full name and address, including city, state/province and country of the financial institution receiving the funds
We also recommend reaching out to the other financial institution to determine if any additional information is required.
Keep in mind that there may be fees associated with the sending of a wire transfer. To learn more please visit https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK.
We hope this information helps, Janet. Have a good day.
