I have a trust fund account and I gave the lady that manages my trust fund account my TD bank information. I followed the instructions for a domestic wire transfer that I found on the TD bank website. When she sent the money to my TD account, TD bank declined it but did not give a reason why. I was wondering if someone could tell me why they denied it or if I had done something wrong that messed up the wire transfer.

We're sorry to hear about your wire transfer, Leanne, and we'd be happy to help you find the information you need.
Please know that TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this, we're unable to review you're wire directly as we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We recommend reaching out to a Banking Specialist directly to discuss your wire. You can connect with a Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store. Take a look at Stores near you here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
When speaking with a Specialist, they will be able to connect with our wire Representatives to determine the cause of the return. You can also request a trace be placed on the wire to determine if any information was entered incorrectly.
We look forward to hearing from you, Leanne. Have a good day.
