I am currently out of the country (Jordan) and can no longer use my debit card. Additionally, I cannot call the customer service line from here

We understand your concern, Anna. We'd be glad to provide an alternative.
If you're unable to call us directly while overseas, you are able to log in to Online Banking and send our Specialists a secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you aren't currently enrolled, you are able to sign up here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/debit card, Social Security Number and email address.
