Every time I attempt to log in to my account, it tells me my password is incorrect and I have exceeded my incorrect attempts (which I have only attempted once each time). It tells me I need to reset my password. When I attempt to reset my password, I get the error that my "new password can't be the same as my current password" -- meaning that I logged in with the correct password to begin with, but your system didn't recognize it. I therefore need to create a new password every time I log into my account. It has been happening for several weeks, and is extremely frustrating.

We're sorry to hear that you're having some trouble when logging online. At times, if you have a special character in your password, you may come across this message. Here are some tips for creating a password and we recommend using a combination of numeric characters and letter:
Must consist of 8-32 alphanumeric characters. Must contain at least one letter and one number. Entry of your password is case sensitive.
