Hi team members,
I am US CITIZEN living and working in France but will move to States in a year. Is it possible for me to open a checking account online (while in france) and my aunt to make deposit into that account? I just want a simple bank account. Thank you.

Thanks for considering an account with TD, Henry. We'd be glad to help.
Please know that in order to open an account online or over the phone, you would need to have a U.S. or Canadian address at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. You are able to however visit any TD Store once you're back in the U.S.
We recommend taking a look at the accounts we have to offer. You are able to take a look at checking accounts here: https://go.td.com/2aHjRCr and savings accounts here: https://go.td.com/1pJT9I9.
If you need help deciding on an account type, we offer a Checking and Savings Selector Tool which you're able to view here: https://go.td.com/1vW1xnU and here: https://go.td.com/1vW1DvM .
Once you're ready to visit a TD Store, keep in mind that you will need a Social Security Number and a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
We hope this information helps, Henry. Have a good day.
