With TD Online Banking, you have the ability to view your account activities and direct deposits right at the comfort of your own home! If you have not enrolled for Online Banking yet, that is okay! You can enroll for free by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, you will need your TD Debit/ATM Card, your Social Security number, and your account number. If you do not have the items needed to enroll, we ask that you connect with our Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562. Our Specialists are available 24/7 and after account verification, they would be happy to help. As always, you could visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours for help. Once you have enrolled for Online Banking, you can now view enjoy easy online access to your accounts – anytime, anywhere! Another great way to view your account is with our TD Mobile App, this will allow you to manage your account(s) while on the go! After you have enrolled for Online Banking, you can download the Mobile App by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt to input your mobile number to receive a text message of the link. Our TD Mobile App is available for all iPhone, iPod Touch, Blackberry, and Android phones. Please note, eligible devices must include the following: Android 2.1 and up, BlackBerry 5.0 and up, iPhone 4.1 and up.

You may also check your balance and direct deposits by contacting our 24/7 Interactive Voice Response (IVR) at 1-800-YES-2000 (1-800-937-2000). You'll need your account number, which can be found on your statements or also located at the bottom of your checks (it will be the second set of numbers). The IVR will also ask for a PIN. If this is your first time accessing the IVR, the PIN will be the last four digits of your Social Security number. Please note, you will be required to change this PIN from the last four numbers of your SSN to a unique 4 digit numbers of your choice.
Once you verify your account thru the IVR system, you will be able to retrieve account information. You can also call us at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a live Banking Specialist who is available 24/7 for your convenience. Again, as always, you can visit us for further assistance.
