For Electronic Funds Transfers, you should expect to receive the funds within three to five business days. We will post these on the banking day indicated by your depositor. If this is in reference to a wire transfer, you'll usually receive payment within two to five business days. TD Bank posts all incoming wire transfers sent in US Dollars until 6:30 PM EST, and international wires are posted until 3:30 PM EST on the current banking day. Please note that international wire transfers are sent through an international payment network, and may take longer than a domestic wire transfer.
If you would like to confirm your available funds on your transfer, we recommend contacting our Banking Specialists directly. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. You can also access up-to-the-minute account information 24 hours a day/7 days a week by calling our automated banking system (IVR) at 1-800-937-2000. You also have the option of viewing your account activity on our site. In order to check your balance online, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking. If you're already using this service, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq.
If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling or if you do not have a TD ATM/Debit card to enroll online, please call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with our Banking Specialists. After you've successfully enrolled, the first page that is displayed will show your accounts with TD and the current balances. If you'd prefer to go over the enrollment process in person, you may also visit any TD Store near you.
