Last week I opened a custodial account for my son, and it has not shown up in my online banking activities. How can I add it?

Hi Virginia, first we want to thank you for opening a new account with TD and we appreciate your question on TD Helps!
Usually, when you open a new account, it should automatically appear on your existing Online and Mobile Banking within 1 business day. If, for some reason, your new custodial account with your son doesn't show up, we ask that you give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Banking Specialists will be more than happy to link that account for you! If you'd prefer, you may visit any TD location for further assistance.
