Welcome to TD Helps, Jim.
We're interested in helping you as best we can and from your message, we're unsure of your current banking relationships - but have no worries! We'll be happy to go over a few possibilities with you here.
First, it sounds like you may want to transfer funds from an account you have with another financial institution in the United States to your TD Canada Trust account. If so, we've found a conversation that may help you on our TD Canada Trust TD Helps page, which can be found here: http://bit.ly/1E7jWBD. If you do have an account there, you can also reply to post your own question, or use their Contact page at: http://bit.ly/1woOVay to reach a TD Canada Trust agent directly.
In case you have an account with us here at TD Bank within the U.S., and you'd like to transfer funds to us from another bank you may use in Tennessee, you have a few options to do so. First, you can certainly mail a check written from that account to TD Bank and you may use the following address to accomplish this:
TD Bank, N.A., ME2-001-033, P.O. Box Number 1190, Lewiston, ME, 04243
If you prefer to send us your deposit via FedEx or UPS, you may send it here:
TD Bank, N.A., Bank by Mail, 140 Mill Street, Lewiston, ME 04240
Kindly note that cash should not be sent through the mail, and please include a deposit slip or your name and account number in your mailing for the most efficient service.
As another option, we also offer a transfer feature available via your Online Banking account, through which you can request funds from another bank you may use. You’re welcome to check out http://bit.ly/1jXKYqq for additional details. We encourage you to reach our Tech Support Specialists for more information and assistance by calling us 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
Or, if you have a TD Bank U.S. account, you're also welcome to deposit funds to your account here using any NYCE shared deposit ATM within the U.S. and your TD Bank Visa Debit or ATM card. Look for the NYCE network on a nearby ATM; if you find this available, you may make a deposit there. Please note it may take several business days for your deposit to be credited and you are more than welcome to review our Deposit Account Agreement http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ on pages 38-41 for additional info.
You can also reach out to your other banking institution to determine if they have any options for transferring funds to another account you have outside of their bank.
Finally, if you have a TD Bank account in the United States and a TD Canada Trust account in Canada, we have great news to share! You can take advantage of our Cross Border Banking services – you have the ability to transfer funds between your TD Bank U.S. and TD Canada Trust accounts, free of charge. If you wish to, please feel free to speak with a Representative from our TD Cross Border Banking Support Line 24/7 at 877-700-2913. For more information, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1ienPN4.
For any other questions you may have or to review your options specifically, you are more than welcome to give us a call anytime, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
We hope this helps. Have a wonderful rest of your week!
