How much specifically is the atm fees and are there any foreign transaction fees and if there are what is the percentage

Thanks for your question, Dean. We'd be glad to help ensure your trip goes smoothly.
In regard to ATM usage in Europe, we'd like to state that fees may apply when you choose to use a Non TD ATM and you may use ATMs that are in the NYCE and PLUS networks. Check out: http://go.td.com/1cTejgt to review our current Personal Fee Schedule. Also, additional fees may be applied by the owner of the foreign ATM. Please know that TD Bank does not assess a transaction fee for the use of your debit card outside of the US.
If you haven't done so already, we recommend placing Travel Notification on your account. Once your account is notated, TD Bank is now aware of your current and future locations and can greatly reduce any service interruptions. Please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit us at any TD Bank during lobby hours or send us a secure message through Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you choose to send a secure message, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable.
