Good evening Anthony,
We do have a few methods available for you to complete your ATM limit increase and would be glad to provide you with those here. Kindly note that we're not able to complete this for you via TD Helps since this is not considered a secure forum, and apologize for any inconvenience that may cause for you.
For information on your daily limit amounts, you take a look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pages 43-44).
You can call us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance with a limit increase. After account verification, one of our Specialists would be happy to assist you with this request.
If it's easier for you, another option you have is sending a Secure Message through online banking. If you're already enrolled, you may send us a secure message to request an increase by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you sign in, please find the Customer Service tab and use the Send a Message link found there. Additionally, a third option would be to send a fax to our Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138.
If you choose to send us a Secure Message or faxed request, please include the following information:
• Subject: Limit Increase
• Account Number
• Debit/ATM Card Number
• Your Name
• Your Telephone Number
• A Statement indicating to 'Please increase my total daily Visa (or POS or ATM) limit to $X for the day.'
• Your signature (on faxed request)
Please note: fax requests are generally completed within 2 hours.
Please keep in mind that limit increases are only valid for one calendar day and the limits will return to the original amount after this time passes. If your request is received after 6:00 pm, the increase will remain in effect for one additional calendar day.
We certainly hope this is helpful for you tonight, Anthony.
All the best and we hope to hear from you soon!
