Good morning, Sam and welcome to the TD Helps community!
If you have already requested a new debit card while opening your new TD Bank Checking account online, you should expect to receive your card at the address you provided via mail within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office.
If your new debit card has not been delivered within this approximate time frame or you need one as soon as possible, please know that you're more than welcome to obtain one by visiting any of your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours with your valid photo ID. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card seven days a week while you wait. You will walk out with a new card in your hand! Once at a TD Bank Store, if you have already ordered a new debit card online that is currently being mailed, please kindly ask the Representative to close the mailed debit card since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive in person.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Thanks for choosing to be a part of the TD Bank family! Take care, Sam.
