One way to check the status of your loan is calling our 24/7 Financial Solutions Group at 800-937-5020. You are also free to stop into any TD Bank location during lobby hours as well. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are seeking the status for a Mortgage Loan Application, and you have submitted the application online, you would also have the option of checking by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1ni9Gzu. Simply input the User ID and Password you created at the time of your application.
Additionally, TD Bank will send you a letter by mail with the Loan Application decision within the first 10 business days after you have applied.
