To obtain the status of your application, you have a few options.
First, you may call us 24/7 at 800-937-5020 and speak with one of our dedicated Financial Solutions Group Representatives. They'd be happy to review the status of your loan application. You may also visit a TD Store during lobby hours to check up on your application. For locations and lobby hours of TD Stores near you please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are checking the status for a Mortgage Loan Application, you also have the option of checking online by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1ni9Gzu. Simply input the User ID and Password you created at the time of your application.
Keep in mind that within the first 10 business days after you applied for a loan, TD Bank will send you a letter by mail with the loan application decision.
