Please know that when you apply online for a personal loan, no email confirmation is sent after submission. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
If you would like to check on your loan status or ensure your application was received, there are a few available options we can offer you.
Your first option is to call 800-937-5020 and speak with one of our dedicated Financial Solutions Representatives who are available 24/7. If you prefer, you can visit your local TD Bank Store. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are checking the status for a Mortgage Loan Application, you also have the option of checking online by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1ni9Gzu. Simply input the User ID and Password you created at the time of your application.
Additionally, within the first 10 business days after you have applied, TD Bank will send you a letter by mail with the Loan Application decision.
