We apologize for any inconvenience that you did not receive a call! There are multiple options we can provide to you to obtain the status of your loan application.
The first option in determining the status of your loan application is to call us directly 24/7 at 800-937-5020 and speak with our Financial Solutions Group Specialist.
Secondly, you can stop by any TD Store during lobby hours to inquire about the status of your loan application. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you are checking the status for a Mortgage Loan Application, you also have the option of checking online by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1ni9Gzu. Simply input the User ID and Password you created at the time of your application.
Additionally, within the first 10 business days after you have applied, we will send you a letter via standard mail with your loan application decision enclosed.
