After you have submitted your Auto Loan application with TD Bank, there are a few options you may obtain your Auto Loan application status.
The first option in determining the status of your Auto Loan application is to call us directly 24/7 at 800-937-5020 and speak with our Financial Solutions Representatives. Secondly, you can stop by any TD Store during lobby hours to inquire about the status of your loan application. For lobby hours and locations near you please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, within the first 10 business days after you have submitted your Auto Loan application, we will send you a letter via standard mail with your Auto Loan application decision enclosed.
Lastly, if you have submitted your Auto Loan application with TD Auto Finance, please contact a TD Auto Finance Representative for the decision. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 7:00PM at 1-800-556-8172 to help you.
