Hi, Xiang, we appreciate you joining us on TD Helps. We're more than happy to help you with your TD Bank card request.
If you have requested a TD Visa Debit Card for your TD Checking account via telephone or Online Banking, you should expect to receive your card at your address on file via mail within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office.
If you still have not received your new debit card, you may obtain one by visiting any of your local TD Bank Store. To find out TD locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card seven days a week while you wait. You will walk out with a new card in your hand! Once at the Store, if you have already ordered a new debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store Representative to close it, since it will no longer be useful once you activate the new card you will receive at the Store.
If you are referring to TD Visa Credit Card, please note; when applying for a TD Bank Visa Credit Card, a decision will be issued to you in writing. This letter will be mailed to you approximately 7-10 business days from the date of your application is received. If you are approved, the credit card will normally be mailed to your address on file within 7-10 business days. If you prefer, you may also obtain a decision on your credit application by calling TD Card Services at 1-888-561-8861. You may reach out to them at your earliest convenience, as they are available 24/7.

Yes I understand I have to wait 7 to 10 business days but I applied on the 19th of september and its been past 10 business days

If you're referring to a TD Bank Visa Debit Card, you're welcome to call a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000 so that we can review your account with you. We'd be happy to ensure that we have your correct mailing address on file, and check the status of your original request. If it's easier for you, you're also welcome to step in to any TD Bank Store near you, where a debit card can be printed while you wait.
