had been very helpful to me until I received my new chip card. Now I can'tuse that service, purchases that I need to make for school supplies are being denied. What is going on? We'd like to let you know that if you have a Checking account with us and enrolled in TD Debit Card Advance service, we may allow you to authorize one-time debit card purchases or ATM transactions even when you do not have enough money available in your account so you may be able to complete your transaction, but it may result in a fee.
