Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Michelle.
We do have Medallion Signature Guarantee available for TD Bank Customers. We invite you to check out http://bit.ly/TDStores to find locations closest to you. Once you have located a TD Store, we suggest calling in advance to confirm if that location is certified to provide you with a Medallion Signature Guarantee as our certified TD Stores do vary.
After further research we were able to verify that our friends in Canada also offer the Medallion Signature Guarantee. Check out: http://bit.ly/1oZiA9I for more information. Since you’re looking to update your name on your American stocks, we suggest contacting your stock brokerage to confirm if the Medallion Signature Guarantee has to be from the United States, or if it would be accepted from Canada.
Hope this helps and have a great night.

The link to Canadian sites doesn't seem to work. Is Medallion Signature Guarantee available in Toronto? My father banks with TD in Toronto and wants to change information on some US investments and they say they need this.

Thanks for joining the conversation with us, Ken.
If your father banks with TD Canada Trust and would like to visit a Store in Toronto for a Medallion Signature Guarantee, you can take a look at this reply posted by our friend Michael up that way: http://bit.ly/1Eucrd2.
Again, since your father would like to change some of the information for his US investments, we suggest that he contact his stock brokerage to confirm if the Medallion Signature Guarantee has to be from the United States, or if it would be accepted from Canada.
For any questions of our colleagues at Canada Trust, you can simply reply to the above post, or start here: http://bit.ly/1kD3iFr to ask your own question of our TD Canada Trust TD Helps team. Or, reach out to a Representative using any of the methods found here: http://bit.ly/1woOVay.
Hope this helps you both, Ken! All the best and have a great weekend.

I have been a TD Canada Trust customer for many years in London, Ontario. I need a Medallion signature Stamp. Does TD offer this service in London? My own branch knows nothing about Medallion. Your help would be appreciated. Give me a location and a name - your website does not provide confidence.

I am in Calgary, Alberta and need a Medallion Guarantee Stamp for my signature to transfer ownership of US shares from my deceased mother. My TD Bank manager says they do not have that facility and a phone call from them to their base said that it was not available in Canada (despite what I have read in this thread). I spoke to the US branch of TD Bank`s help line and they also said that I would have to go to the US to get that service. Is there a TD branch somewhere in Calgary (a city of 1.25 million people) where I can get the Medallion Guarantee stamps I need for these transactionsÉ

Hi Kathleen. We'd like to help direct you.
In order to obtain a Medallion Guarantee here in the United States, it would require a visit to a TD Bank Store. We do not have any TD Bank Stores in Calgary, but TD Canada Trust may have Branches there.
We'd like to get you in touch with someone at TD Canada Trust to see if a location in Calgary offers this service.
You can start by posing your question to our friends at TD Helps in Canada, by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1QBOF4U. If you'd like to speak with a representative at TD Canada Trust directly, you can call their 24/7 Customer Service line at 866-222-3456. We also want to provide you with a link to all of TD Canada Trust's contact info. You can find that by clicking here: https://go.td.com/2tp27BR.
We're certain they'll be able to give you any info you'll need to get the Medallion Guarantee you require.
We hope you have a great weekend, Kathleen. Take care.

Good morning, Ashley, and thanks for joining in on the conversation today.
