When using TD Bank Bill Pay, please note that Bill Payments can be issued electronically or as a draft check, and actual processing is determined by the Biller.
Based on the details you provided in your inquiry, it sounds as though the Biller is not set up for electronic payments with TD Bank. In this situation, you may still create the Biller and send a payment via Bill Pay, just keep in mind the payment will be sent as a paper check so please ensure you schedule the payment with enough time for it to be received prior to the due date. Additionally, there are other times when the payments are sent in the form of a check. For example, if any of the Biller information does not match, it may be sent as a check. We recommend contacting the Biller directly to confirm the information you're entering for the Biller is accurate.
