We appreciate your visit today, Haniel.
In order to access an inactive or dormant account, you would be required to step inside a TD Bank location with proper photo ID to reactivate it.
You may have your friend deposit money into your account. There are several ways for your friend to make a deposit into your TD Bank account. One way your friend could make a deposit would be by visiting a TD Bank location with cash and the account number. Another way would be to make a check payable to yourself and write “for deposit only” with the account number on the back of the check. Regardless of the option you choose, the deposit can be processed with a Teller in the Lobby or Drive-thru at any TD Bank location.
To take a look at our Store locations and their hours the next time you're able to stop in, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have any other accounts with TD that are still active, keep in mind that there may be an alternative way to make your account active. You are more than welcome to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and upon proper authentication of another account that you have, we may be able to assist.
We hope the information provided helps, Haniel
