We apologize for any difficulties you are experiencing with your Debit Card. Since you mentioned that your phone is currently not working, one way to connect with us while traveling is to send us a secure message via your Online Banking. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Account Number, Debit Card Number, Social Security number, and E-mail Address. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send a Message. In your message, please provide details regarding your Debit Card issue.
We understand that you mentioned you were unable to call because your phone is not working, however; once you are able to and if you are still experiencing difficulties, please feel free to reach us anytime while you're out of the country by dialing (856)-751-9000 or you can call us collect from a landline at (215)-569-0518.
