an need access to my money. I am unable to call. I had someone in the states call, and was told that Visa had blocked my account, and to look online to unblock it. Can someone help me find this section online to take care of this?

We're sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your debit card while you are overseas. Please understand, even when travel notes have been added to your account, we will continue to monitor your card activity for your protection.
Since you're having trouble reaching us by telephone, you may send us a secured message with the details of your situation so your account can be reviewed further. If you are enrolled for online banking, you can send a secured message by first logging into your TD Bank online profile and then click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.”
