I am in Chile at the moment and I can not use my debt card and I can not get in to my account. I don't know what to do. No phone either. Just internet.

Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Cristian. We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with your Online Banking and debit card purchases. We'd like to offer some help!
If you're enrolled for our Retail Online Banking site and know your current User Name and also have US Social Security number, you have the option to reset your password online by visiting http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you’re at the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password field via your Online Banking. Select the account type and input your User Name. You will then be asked to answer 2 security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
Once you're able to log onto your account, you may send us a secure message to inquire about your debit card. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you're enrolled for our BusinessDirect website, we do apologize, however; we do require you to contact us directly for assistance. Once you are on the phone, they will be able to assist you with your debit card issue as well.
If you are able to have telephone access, please dial direct 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 if you are able to gain access to a land line phone.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a nice day!
