We're sorry to hear that you cannot check your account online, Henry. We'll be sure to help out.
In order to check your account online, you must first be enrolled to do so. You can begin the enrollment anytime by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY for personal accounts or http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6 for BusinessDirect. For the personal account sign up you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address. After you complete the personal account enrollment you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. If you have any trouble enrolling, we ask that you contact us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for help. You may also visit a TD Store for assistance during lobby hours. For hours and locations nearby, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
The enrollment for BusinessDirect is a little different. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Tax Identification number and email address. After you fill in this information, you will receive an email in 2 business days with instructions on how to finalize your enrollment. If you do not receive this email, we ask that you check your junk mail and spam folders as some email providers direct your enrollment email there. If you are still unsuccessful, we ask that you visit a TD Store.
If you have already enrolled in online access for your account(s) we ask that you contact us 24/7 by using the number mentioned above for help or 800-493-7562 option 2 for BusinessDirect. You may also visit a TD Store for help regaining access.
We hope to hear from you soon, Henry and have a good day.
