Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear of any difficulties viewing your statements, Maryann. We'll be happy to provide some options.
First, based on the error message you received it sounds as though you may have multiple accounts with combined statements set up. If this is the case, you'll be able to view your statements for any combined accounts by looking at the statements for your primary account.
To find your statements online, after logging in your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on (use your primary account)
-Click on the Statements tab
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you have several accounts and are unsure which one may be your primary account, we'd recommend checking each for any online statements available. Once you open the statement, it will show all of the combined accounts on the first page along with their account numbers.
If you don't have combined statements or if you're in need any assistance with this process at all, you're welcome to contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can determine the issue and also mail a copy of the statements to your address on file if you prefer. Or if you'd like, please feel free to visit any of our local Stores to obtain the copies. In many cases you can have them printed while you wait. Please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your local Store and lobby hours.
We hope this clarifies your question, Maryann! Thanks again for writing in and enjoy your Sunday afternoon.
