Is there a website problem today....can't log in

As you mentioned that you're unable to log in at either site, this sounds like a browser issue. We'd first recommend that you clear the cache and cookies, and disable any plug-ins and restore your browser defaults. If this doesn't correct the problem and you're not using the newest version of your browser, we also suggest making this update.
Please note that our website is compatible with the newest versions of both Internet Explorer and Firefox. If the issue persists after updating the version, we'd recommend that you try using a different browser altogether.
