I am on my Mac signed in my checking account and when I go to "pay bill" tab,a new page says wait for processing but there is a blank screen with nothing showing.

Please know that we are not experiencing any known service outages at this time.
Keep in mind that Online Banking and Bill Pay are compatible with the newest versions of most popular browsers. If you are not using the newest version of your browser right now, we recommend making this update. We would also suggest that you disable any plug-ins, restore your browser defaults, and clear your cache and cookies; sometimes it will fix any browser issues.
