Thank you for joining us here at TD Helps, Brittney.
The security of your account information is extremely important to us; which is why we do not provide account numbers via TD Helps, email or over the phone. We do have a few options for you to retrieve your account number and are happy to provide them to you. If you have any checks available, your account number will be the second set of numbers on the bottom of the check. Please check out this link for more information http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K
You may also view your account number by looking at your statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. If this is a new account, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account. Another way to obtain the account number is by visiting a local TD Store. For locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are enrolled for our online banking, another way to view your account number is on the "Accounts" tab of your Online Banking homepage. If you are currently not utilizing TD Bank Online Banking but would like to be enrolled, please review the following information. Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via www.tdbank.com to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Specialists. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help! If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours and a nearby TD Store. Once enrolled, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balance and transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking.
We hope you find our answers helpful and please don’t hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions.
