Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Selene. This is a great question, and we'll be happy to point you in the direct direction.
We'd like to reassure you that we're here to safeguard your funds and assist you in the event that fraud occurs. Since you wrote that you have had unauthorized activity occur on your debit card, TD Bank should be able to file a claim on your behalf. As you have already filed a claim for this transaction, and cancelled it, a new claim will need to be filed.
We encourage you to call and speak with a Customer Service Representative about the charge. Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and may be reached at 888-751-9000. At that time, they'll be able to review the unauthorized activity which occurred, and file the appropriate type of dispute for you. If you prefer, we're also able to assist you at any nearby TD Bank location during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Prior to your visit or call, please ensure that the transactions in question has posted to your account history and is no longer showing in your "Pending" transactions, as we're unable to file a dispute until then.
We hope this helped, Selene. Have a great weekend, and happy holidays!
