We're sorry you haven't received your new debit card yet! Typically, once you request a debit card, you should receive it in a plain, white envelope within 7-10 business days, depending on the post office. If it's been longer than 10 business days since you requested the new card, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for more options. You're also welcome to visit any TD location for further assistance. While you're there, we can print a new card for you right on the spot! If you decide to stop in for your card, please inform the Representative assisting you that you previously requested a card to be mailed so we can close that one out for you.
