I used to bank with Apple Bank in NYC, which was sold to TdBank at that time I had moved out of the country.
Still outside of the country, how can I access my account? I will be traveling to SF and Las Vegas, ı do not think you have branches there
I really want to access my account, how can I do that?
Can I at least give via writing to transfer the money to another account by writing

Thanks for reaching out to us today about your account and we hope you're doing well!
Since you mention in your message that you've been outside of the country for some time, we'd like to make you aware that your account may have become inactive or dormant. We'll tell you a bit more about account statuses below.
Activity would be required for an account in order to maintain an Active status. If no transactions (deposits or withdrawals) are initiated by you on an account it will be considered Inactive after a specified period of time. Savings accounts are automatically changed to an inactive status after nine months of no Customer-initiated activity, and Checking accounts become inactive after six months. These accounts can also become Dormant after three or five years of no activity depending on your region or State.
You might also like to check out the article listed here: http://1.usa.gov/1ED20S9, which reviews information about abandoned or unclaimed accounts in the U.S. Please keep in mind that once an account becomes dormant, it can be turned over to the State in which the account was opened.
It will be necessary to determine the status on your account to better advise you of your options. If it is inactive or dormant, you'll be able to access the funds once it has been returned to an active status. Although we won't be able to authorize a transfer via writing, we'll be able to give you some ideas for accessing your funds once we've reviewed your account with you.
To do so, we recommend that you get in touch with your Home Store for assistance in accessing your account. We apologize that we don't have any Stores in the areas you mentioned for your travel. For a listing of our current Stores including their contact information and lobby hours, please see http://bit.ly/TDStores. We can also offer the use of our international contact numbers if you're still outside the country – when calling, we can connect you to your preferred Store. Please reach us from outside the United States via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
We do hope this will help you, Nilhan.
Good luck with this and we wish you safe travels! Take care.
