It says that I can reset my password on the login page, but it doesn't give me that option.

Hey Daulton, welcome to TD Helps.
To reset your Online Banking password, you would have to visit the Online Banking log-on "Full-Site," by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once at the log-on screen, select “Forgot your password?” under the Password field. You’ll be asked to provide your User Name and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. You’ll then have the opportunity to choose a new password once you’ve correctly answered two of your Security Questions.
If you’re unsure of the answers to your Security Questions, feel free to contact a Banking Specialist 24 hours a day at 1-888-751-9000, who will assist you in resetting your Password.
