As I said, Bill Pay will not come up. Is it a problem with the site, my local bank, my computer? I usually use bill pay. Would my bank be able to do bill pay for me on their computers if it is not working in the a.m.?

Welcome to the TD Helps community, Nancy. We know how frustrating technical issues can be and we're happy to help out.
First, we would suggest ensuring that you're using the most recent version of your Internet Browser. As you mentioned that extra characters are appearing when you're adding the amount, this may be related to the browser in use. Please note that our website is compatible with the newest versions of both Internet Explorer and Firefox. If you're not using a recent version, we recommend this update; or, we suggest using a different browser altogether to complete your Bill Payments.
