When I call to use the automated system it makes me talk to a customer service rep. I was told that it was probably my phone and the system not recogninzing the tone. Tried two other phones and still same thing. Now I went to register for online banking and it sad I have tried too many times and it locked me out saying I needed to speak with a rep. I just gave my employer direct deposit information and I want to make sure my account is ok

As you've mentioned that you were locked out of the enrollment process, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to call our Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 and selecting "0" at any time to speak with a Representative. After account verification, they will be glad to help with your automated system settings as well as enroll you for Online Banking.
